Dr Nayak is one of the leading senior Surgical Oncologists (cancer surgeon) of Bangalore. He is one of the pioneers of Robotic & Laparoscopic cancer treatment (surgery).  He is also Professor & HOD of Minimal Access Surgical Oncology under Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences. He is the Director of Surgical Oncology at Fortis Hospital, Bangalore. He has had his graduate, postgraduate and postdoctoral training from some of the leading medical colleges in India. He also has a fellowship in laparoscopic and robotic onco-surgery. In the medical career spanning from 1999, he has widely traveled and has worked in many centers of repute in India and abroad. He is a Member of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK and many other professional associations. He has many scientific publications to his credit. He has also been bestowed with many accolades during his career in the field of Oncology. He is one of the well respected and loved teaching faculties at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology. Dr. V Sreekanth Reddy is a hardworking, skilled and a very competent surgical oncologist having a special interest in Laparoscopic Surgical Procedures, Breast and GI Surgery. He is known for his bright and friendly personality among his patients.
Currently, he practices at MACS Clinic and is an integral part of Team MACS. He along with Dr. Sandeep Nayak, the best oncologist in Bangalore have dedicated their services to saving more and more lives. Previously, he practiced as a Senior Resident and Assistant Professor at Vydehi Medical College & Research Center.
Regarding his education, Dr. V Sreekanth Reddy completed his MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum and MS–General Surgery from JSS Medical College, Mysore. Later he did M.CH (Surgical Oncology) being an outstanding medical student from Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore.

In the medical career spanning from year 2000, he has worked at various centers of repute. He presently a teaching faculty in Department of Medical Oncology at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology

Dr Nisha Vishnu is an experienced Radiation Oncologist with work experience in major hospitals across the country. After completion of her graduation and post-graduation from leading medical colleges, she has obtained fellowship in advanced Radiation Oncology techniques and brachytherapy. She is well versed with every aspect of oncology with a keen interest in breast, head-neck and GI cancers. She is proficient with all the latest techniques of treatment delivery including IMRT, IGRT, SRS/SRT, Brachytherapy etc and has worked with Tomo-therapy and Cyber knife as well.

MR AJI JOSEPH

Mr Aji Joseph, is an efficient psychotherapist and counselling psychologist experienced in integrated Psychology practice with physicians in healing psychosomatic concerns and emotional issues of individuals.  He supports professionals, leaders, couples, families, and elderly. His experience in healing persons suffering from mental and emotional concerns like insomnia, depression, trauma, emotional control, phobias, anxiety, suicidal ideations, and self-harm behaviors make him outstanding. He has exemplified highly empathetic and non-judgmental care for all including LGBTQ and other minority populations. Improving self-esteem, self-image, self-confidence and working on smoking cessation, weight management, workplace effectiveness, and relationship are some other concerns people benefit from him. He is a person centered, open minded and empathetic professional helping to develop inner strength and mindful living among his populations.

Sharmela Devi G

Sharmela Devi G is a Senior Onco Dietitian with a wealth of educational and professional experience in nutrition and dietetics. She has an established history of working in the biotechnology business. Sharmela Devi G’s professional experience is extensive and diverse. Sharmela’s expertise in cancer nutrition includes anti-cancer diets, diabetes, hypertension management, and diet tips to improve blood counts. She has also published a paper on “Nutritional Status and Lifestyle Factors Among Young Adults Enrolled in an Academic Institution” in Applied Physics Communications.

Harsha Joshi

Harsha Joshi is a Dietitian with extensive education and experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Currently pursuing a Diabetes Educator Program from NDEP in 2023, she completed an Online Certification in Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals in 2022. In 2021, she did a Certificate course in Swayam – Stress Management, certified by the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She is passionate about providing the best care to her patients. Ms. Joshi strongly believes in the 4basecare motto – ‘Together we beat cancer’- her favorite motto.

Ms. Jaitri Mandal

Jaitri Mandal is a Psycho-oncologist and has a proven track record in the healthcare industry. She holds an MPhil in Psycho-oncology from the Cancer Institute College of Oncological Sciences in Chennai, where she earned the 2nd Rank in her class. Her expertise includes Palliative Care, Pediatric Psychology, Communication, Cancer survivorship, Support Groups, and Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methodologies. Ms. Mandal’s clinical expertise focuses on improving cancer patients’ and caregivers’ psychological, social, and behavioral aspects to enhance their quality of life. She is an expert in various care-related techniques, including distress assessment and stress management techniques. She has conducted over 500 counseling sessions.

Dr. Arunima Chandra has done Master Clinician Programme in Advance Endodontics and Fixed Prosthodontics from AAE-INDIA & DACE,USA after completing her BDS from Kothiwal Dental College & Research Centre.She is a Certified Tobacco Cessation Specialist from Gujarat University.As a tobacco cessation professional she possesses the skills, knowledge and training to provide effective, evidence-based interventions for tobacco dependence across a range of intensities.Her first hand knowledge about oral care have helped her in diagnosing oral lesion from early to severe stage which are caused due to tobacco both in smoke and smokeless form. Early intervention and proper diagnosis have helped her to motivate patients to quit tobacco and explain the long and short term effects on their physical and mental health.
